British Airways cabin crew balloting on latest offer

A mass meeting of Unite cabin crew members at BA has agreed to ballot the wider membership in regard to the company's latest offer to settle the long running dispute.

According to an official statement from Unite, the union will be recommending acceptance of the offer, which includes the restoration of staff travel.

The coronavirus crisis has laid bare the class character of society in numerous ways. It is making clear to many that it is the working class that keeps society running, not the CEOs of major corporations.
